Sausage and Potatoes [Gluten Free]

My besties Momma gave me this recipe a few years back and it's delicious! Plus it's gluten free! Which fits our new dietary restrictions!



Ingredients: 
1lb Italian Sausage (find a brand that's gluten free)  
6-8 medium potatoes 
2 garlic cloves (minced) 
Salt, pepper, oregano 
Olive Oil 
Frozen broccoli 

Directions: 
Chop potatoes into bite sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Put in a baking dish and place sausage on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. When potatoes are soft and sausage is cooked through, remove sausage and slice into small pieces. Then add broccoli and mix it up well. Put back in the oven for 10 more  mins. Serve.
